QUANTUM PHYSICS AND HOLOGRAPHIC REALITY

Quantum physics and recent scientific experiments are radically changing our understanding of life, our reality, and our spirituality. It is giving us a new model for the way our universe works and the practical steps to take toward true joy and excitement and peace of mind.
Quantum Physics is actually a science of mathematics, and it is the most accurate mathematical science ever discovered to explain what we see in our “reality.” The mathematics used to create a hologram is the same mathematics used in quantum physics to “describe nature” and explain the behavior we see in our “reality.”
This is why quantum physicists say that the universe seems to be more like a hologram than solid reality and more and more scientists and researchers in addition to quantum physicists are now agreeing.
Electrons, which are the building blocks of what we call “reality,” are not solid particles at all, but exist as waves of possibilities. In this wave form, they are called “quanta,” which is why the study of how they behave is called “quantum physics.”
Electron – the core element of what we call our “physical reality” – is only a solid particle, is only matter when someone is looking at it. Otherwise, it’s a wave, and not solid at all.
- Double Slit Experiment (watch what it is)
Richard Feynman, a famous quantum physicist, once said that if you really understand the Double Slit experiment, you can understand all of quantum physics, and how the entire universe works as well.
When we speak of an electron existing as a “wave,” it isn’t like an ocean wave, or a radio wave. It is more like a wave of possible locations where the electron could end up as a particle when it is observed – a wave of possibilities.
This “wave of possibilities” in which the quantum world exists has been called many names over the years, such as…
•    the “quantum wave function”
•    the “implicate order”
•    the “Planck Scale”
•    the “zero point field”
•    the “superstring field”
•    the “unified field”
Mainly it is just called “the Field.” It is a field of unlimited possibilities out of which everything is created.
The Field – it is a field of unlimited possibilities out of which everything is created.
Lynne McTaggart, author of “The Field,” defines it as “a field of all possibility.” (page xxi)
In other words, everything you can think of, and everything you can’t think of, and everything no one can think of, already exists in wave form in the Field.
So…. The “Field” is a “place” outside of space and time where everything (all possibilities) already exists, but only in “wave” form. This field does not contain particles; it is not matter; it is not part of the physical universe. Instead it is what the entire universe is made from – from these waves of possibilities.
The problem is that no one can prove that the Field exists. You can’t see it; you can’t photograph it; you can’t measure it; you can’t hold it in your hand. But when quantum physicists assume the Field is there, they can make incredibly accurate mathematical predictions about the physical universe and how it behaves, which they can not do without taking the Field into account.
Think of it like electricity. You can’t see electricity itself; you can only see what electricity produces.
In the words of Albert Einstein“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”
But this idea that “reality” is an illusion is not a new concept. Hinduism, Buddhism, and Sikhism all talk about Maya, or life as an illusion.
“The real sky is knowing that samsara [the physical world] … merely an illusory display.”
Mipham Rinpoche, Quintessential Instructions of Mind, p. 117
The Kabala says that “the first aspect of God is all that there really exists; all else is an illusion.”
A Course in Miracles puts it this way… “In any state apart from Heaven [in the physical world] life is illusion…. Outside of Heaven, only the conflict of illusion stands; senseless, impossible and beyond all reason…. Illusions are but forms. Their content is never true.” - T-23.11.18:8-19:9
What quantum physics has done is…
1. Scientifically confirmed what many other people have said about “reality” being an illusion, and…
2. Discovered that “reality” is actually a holographic picture that only looks and feels real.

HEALTHY HEART MEDITATION

A Quiet Mind and an Awakened Heart

Hello friend and welcome again to our circle of hearts!
Today I want to share with you Heart Rhythm Meditation in its glory. I want you to have the opportunity to feel what it's like to touch your heart with your breath, to breathe deeply and rhythmically, and to feel your beautiful heartbeat.
All this will be yours after enjoying my guided meditation that I've recorded just for you, loyal reader of the Mystic Heart Meditation Newsletter.
Heart Rhythm Meditation is the master practice that I do every day and I teach every week locally. I love how it takes me deep within, exploring and illuminating every part of my being, all within my own heart.

Your Physical Heart

You see, we start by focusing on our physical heart and we do this by looking for our heartbeat and/or our pulse. This is not always easy for beginners to locate their heartbeat though some people find it easy to do right away.
Most people are able to find their pulse by contacting a pulse point with 2 fingers on the wrist or neck.
The heartbeat is your body's internal clock and it sets the rhythm for your entire being. It beats out its rhythm to every cell in the body. It's electromagnetic field is much stronger than the field of the brain.
In fact, your heart sends messages to your brain. So by focusing on our hearts in this ancient practice, focusing on the message coming from our hearts, we then attune ourselves to that.
We say that the mind is the lampshade of the heart. And your heart is like a sun in your chest, radiating out of you with the peace of your heart. And peace is the strongest emotion you can send to someone else.

Your Emotional Heart

As we continue with our heart rhythm meditation practice, focusing on our physical hearts, we are led deeper now into our emotional or energetic heart.
The energetic heart is multi-dimensional. It has height and depth. It has width and it has forward and back dimensions. It also contains an inner dimension which is the capacity for the heart to grow in any dimension.
The heart is where your emotional core is located. When meditating upon our hearts we are centered in our emotional center and we experience the many layers of emotion that range from personal to universal.
In our practice we welcome all emotion as it is a sign of an alive heart. And we send breath to our heart as we meditate. This gives the heart energy and it responds with its gratitude and appreciation.
You may feel your heartbeat speed up at times, or slow down at other times. Sometimes you can't feel your heartbeat at all. We say that the heart is very mysterious. It also contains an imprint of our true selves that we were born with.

Your Spiritual Heart

As you dive deeper into your own heart you begin to access your sacred heart. You start to feel a connection, first with yourself, then with the atmosphere around you, and then you feel as though you are expanding out from the heart into the wider space around you.
You feel connected to others and realize you can send your love or healing energy out from your heart to the hearts of others. This is real healing power and it's healing for you and for others.
This spiritual connection is sometimes referred to as mysticism. It is a direct connection to the Divine that starts by tapping into the flesh of your heart (the heartbeat) as described above.
And now, enough talking about it. Let's meditate.

YOU ARE THE UNIVERSE, EXPRESSING ITSELF AS A HUMAN FOR A LITTLE WHILE

“If quantum mechanics hasn't profoundly shocked you, you haven't understood it yet.” -Niels Bohr, Nobel Prize in Physics 1922

Modern science is now beginning to confirm what spirituality, philosophy, sages, ancient teachings and psychedelics have been saying for millennia: the entire Universe is One and what we think of as "reality" is just an illusion; the only real thing in the Universe is Consciousness: http://goo.gl/hpA4l

“The total number of minds in the universe is one.” -Erwin Schrodinger, Nobel Prize in Physics 1933

TRUE HEALTH IS BUILT ON 4 INNER QUALITIES

True health is built on 4 inner qualities - Osho
The Four Pillars of Health

Health is not only a physical phenomenon. That is only one of its dimensions, and one of the most superficial dimensions because basically the body is going to die — healthy or unhealthy, it is momentary.

Real health has to happen somewhere inside you, in your subjectivity, in your consciousness, because consciousness knows no birth, no death. It is eternal.

To be healthy in consciousness means: first, to be awake; second, to be harmonious; third, to be ecstatic; and fourth, to be compassionate. If these four things are fulfilled, one is inwardly healthy. And sannyasin can fulfill all these four things. It can make you more aware, because all the meditation techniques are methods to make you more aware, devices to pull you out of your metaphysical sleep. And dancing, singing, rejoicing, can make you more harmonious.

There is a moment when the dancer disappears and only the dance remains. In that rare space one feels harmony. When the singer is completely forgotten and only the song remains, when there is no center functioning and only the song remains, when there is no center functioning as I — the I is absolutely absent — and you are in a flow, that flowing consciousness is harmonious.

To be awake and harmonious creates the possibility for ecstasy to happen. Ecstasy means the ultimate joy, inexpressible; no words are adequate to say anything about it.

And when one has attained to ecstasy, when one has known the ultimate peak of joy, compassion comes as a consequence.

When you have that joy, you like to share it; you cannot avoid sharing, sharing is inevitable. It is a logical consequence of having. It starts overflowing; you need not do anything. It starts happening of its own accord.

These four are the four pillars of inner health. Attain to it. It is our birthright; we just have to claim it.
